01 Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account and using Reachly, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reachly. We recommend that you read them carefully.

02 Description of the service

Reachly is an AI-driven platform that brings several products together under one account:

Features are developed continuously, and parts of the AI-driven intelligence (e.g. hashtags, coaching and recommendations) may run automatically in the background as part of the service. We reserve the right to change, update or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.

03 Creating an account

To use Reachly you must:

You are responsible for all activity that takes place via your account. A login is personal and may only be used by the person it was created for — it must not be shared with others. If several people are to use Reachly Marketing, each must have their own account and their own subscription. In Reachly Build, employees use their own mobile link, not the owner's login. On Build Team and Pro, the owner can give a person in the crew a personal office login; the owner is responsible for who gets one and for removing it when the person leaves. Subscription, payment and the e-conomic connection are managed only from the owner's login.

04 Subscription and payment

Reachly offers the following subscriptions. All prices are per month and excluding VAT unless otherwise stated:

Reachly Build — for tradespeople and service businesses:

Reachly Marketing — for marketing on its own:

The trial period is free and requires no payment details. You choose whether to continue: if you take out a subscription, you enter your card at Stripe at that point, and only then is payment taken. If you do nothing, access simply closes when the trial period ends — we do not delete your data, and you can come back at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Payment is taken monthly in advance. We use Stripe as our payment provider and do not store any payment card details ourselves.

05 Right of withdrawal and cancellation

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you enter into the agreement for a paid subscription.

How to withdraw: Write to support@reachlyai.dk, before the deadline expires, that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You can use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not a requirement. We confirm that we have received your withdrawal and refund what you have paid no later than 14 days after we have received your message — using the same means of payment that you used.

If the subscription has already started: When you purchase, you ask for the subscription to start immediately. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you only pay for the part of the period you have had access, and we refund the rest. If you purchase during your free trial, payment is only taken when the trial period is over — if you withdraw before then, you have not paid anything.

Standard withdrawal form (only fill in and send the form if you wish to withdraw from the agreement)

To Reachly, support@reachlyai.dk:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my agreement for the provision of the following service: ____________
The agreement was entered into on: ____________
Consumer's name: ____________
Consumer's address: ____________
Date: ____________

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

On cancellation, you keep access to your plan until the end of the paid period. We do not refund periods already paid for, unless we have made an error or you, as a consumer, use your right of withdrawal (see above).

06 Rules of use

You agree that you will not use Reachly to:

Breach of these rules may lead to immediate closure of your account without a refund and possible reporting to the relevant authorities.

07 Content and rights

You keep full rights to all content you upload to Reachly. By uploading content, you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and publish the content on your behalf in accordance with your instructions.

You are yourself responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to all content you publish via Reachly, including images, videos, music and text.

Reachly owns all rights to the platform, the software, the AI models and the graphic design.

08 Social media platforms

Reachly works as a tool for publishing content on third-party platforms. Please be aware that:

09 Limitation of liability

Reachly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or meet specific expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, Reachly is not liable for:

Our total liability towards you can never exceed the amount you have paid to Reachly in the last 3 months.

10 Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. In the case of material changes, we will:

If you continue to use Reachly after the changes have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.

11 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably.

If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute can be brought before the Danish courts with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.

As a consumer, you can also bring a complaint before:
